Can I see a home before submitting an application?

Yes, we can make you an appointment to see a home. Most of our homes are occupied so be sure to call a day in advance to set up a time to see one of our homes for lease!

What are does it take to qualify?

We require that you make 3X the rent and have had your job for altleast a year. We will check your rental history and make sure that you are in good standing with past landlords. Your credit will be pulled and we will make sure that you do not have more than $2500 in charged off or delinquent debt. We will also check your criminal history for violent offenses.

What if I don’t qualify?

We do have options to work with people that do not meet all of the qualifications. Sometimes we can add a cosigner or increase the deposit to help you get into a house.

Do you take pets?

Yes, we are a pet friendly rental company! There is a $250 pet fee/pet and we do require you do have renter’s insurance.

How do I apply?

Once you pick a house out you will need to submit an application on our website by clicking on the address you want and then click the orange apply now button!

How do I put a hold on a house?

To put a house on hold you will need to bring your deposit into our office at 4803 Elgin Ave. The deposit must be a money order or cashiers check. Once you have submitted your application and deposit we will hold the house for you while we process your paperwork.
